Designed for a family that values contemporary living with a sense of warmth, the apartment brings together art, refined detailing, and modern simplicity. Minimal elements are carefully composed to create a home that feels welcoming and sophisticated, while maintaining a quiet sense of luxury throughout the spaces.
Material warmth, filtered daylight, and measured openings help the home feel grounded in its setting while still offering a distinctly contemporary identity. The result is a residence that is not only visually memorable, but deeply usable in everyday life.
Three guiding decisions shaped the atmosphere, and lived experience of Anutham.
The design balances contemporary forms with artistic elements, creating spaces that feel expressive without becoming excessive. Carefully selected furniture, artwork, lighting, and details add character while allowing the architecture to remain composed.
The planning establishes a natural connection between living spaces, allowing movement and visual relationships to flow seamlessly throughout the home. The spaces remain distinct in function while maintaining a sense of openness and continuity
A restrained selection of materials, textures, and finishes creates a cohesive visual language across the residence. Each material was considered for its colour, texture, proportion, and relationship with light, resulting in an interior that feels refined, warm, and enduring.
